OK, not officially a snow day, since technically Sarah Lawrence is only delayed opening. But my boss has already canceled her class, and the preschool in the building where I work is closed, so I'm not going to go to the trouble of digging my car out and braving the roads just to find out the one other guy in the building didn't come to work and I can't get in. Plus the parking will be awful since I'm STILL not supposed to park on campus and if the snow plows have been out, all the parking spots on the side of the streets will be full of snow. (At this rate, we'll be lucky if they finish the parking garage by graduation week.)

Of course, it's not like I can sit around and watch TV all day. Well I can, but I have a lot of other work to do. Maybe I'll try and get all my reading done for workshop -- then I won't have to take any of my writing time to do it. And at some point I will have to go outside and unbury the car. At least, since I don't have to go anywhere, I can dress for warmth and dryness instead of presentability.
