OK, there is not a transit strike, or there is a partial one but the bus lines affected were still running as of the 6:00 news, but there still could be one, and I'm confused. If there is going to be a full-scale strike, it better not start while I'm at Zan and BA's party tomorrow. Even though Lala has promised I can bunk at her place if necessary. I'm more concerned about how I would get back and forth from Cobble Hill than getting to the airport on Tuesday, which I've about figured out. It won't be fun, but I can do it. But I really hope I don't have to do it at all.

On the plus side, I've almost finished my Christmas shopping. If the subways continue running all weekend I should have it completely done by Sunday. Since someone (Mom) sent me last year's list for Dad and I bought him something he already has, I have to take that back, too. At least before Christmas the returns desk shouldn't be that busy.

Now I must go see if the washing maching is free so I can do much needed laundry.
