We also have the INS form filled out but wouldn’t you know it, they want certified copies of our birth certificates and I can’t find mine! So I have to get another copy. They’d accept a passport, but wouldn’t you know I sent that off to be updated with my married name. All kinds of paperwork chases to receive a child.
