I'm not exactly worried as I am.... something else.

We have a nice, roomy 3 bedroom house. We are finishing the basement into a family room/office area. We have the bedroom selected to be the nursery, and have 85% agreed on colors to paint it, furniture to go into it, etc.

I was looking around this morning and thought - where are we going to PUT all this STUFF?! Not only do we have to straighten, perhaps pack and store, some of our things... we have to find room for a baby's things too! The soon to be nursery has 2 closets in it, one for clothes and one has shelves built in. We have to find a place for ALL that stuff.

We're building storage into the basement, but I panic now - will it be ENOUGH? Everything is contingent on that basement getting finished, and Doug is working as hard as he can, but time limits things.

We have to get the office area finished so we can move the computers down there... then get rid of our desks.... then paint the nursery... paint or rehab our old dressers for the nursery... get my scrapbooking stuff off the dining room table... so we can get a high chair in there.... make room in our cupboards for sippy cups and bottles...

My parents are coming in two weeks to help us shop for cribs, as they have generously offered a crib to be their present for their grandchild. WHERE ARE WE GOING TO PUT IT?! :)
