If you read far enough, when the PM is fired, it also clears out the cabinet as well. Including, shall we say, the Minister of Education?

We did a quick panic check, but this apparently was expected and will have no effect on our adoption. Note to self, #2: don't adopt during an election year, if we go to Russia again!
