Doug was so proud of my controlled spending habits this month! So I said I would reward myself by going to the scrapbook store tomorrow morning. :) He was slightly dismayed at the phone bill though... so we struck a deal. We are canceling our outgoing long distance in favor of cell phones - and I get to spend half what the phone bill was at the scrapbook store. Yay! Win-win!
