Working on: Christmas shopping, uploading some pictures
--------------------------------- Our boy - who stayed happy all day long, thank goodness - ate SO much today. He also made us laugh many, many times. Here's his eating schedule today: Breakfast: two packets of oatmeal. Ate the entire bowl. Handful of Cheerios afterward. Morning snack: About 9 oz. of juice. Lunch: Half a pb&j sandwich. 2 chunks canteloupe. Half a carton of yogurt. 4 Cheetos Puffs. Afternoon snack 3pm: small box of raisins. Later afternoon snack, 4:30pm: 3 crackers, 2 pieces cheese. Dinner: entire hot dog. 3/4 carton of yogurt. 3 mom-handfuls of sliced carrots. 2 chunks of canteloupe. An ENTIRE apple. Bottle: sucked down all 6 oz. Believe me, he doesn't usually eat this much. Especially the apple, on top of his entire dinner. He was so funny - I think he's so pleased that he can say "apple" and get one, that it's all he asks for. He was so happy to get one, he kept saying ap-ple? ap-ple?! ap-ple!! ap-ple!!!!! Shrieking the second syllable more and more, and smiling in between. Clapping when I brought it into the dining room. He also was twirling until he fell over and laughed... walked around with a bucket on his head (first time) laughing and babbling... and we hooked up a swing in the basement, and he swung for half of the 3rd quarter, and through to the end of the UM-Ohio State game (darn Buckeyes). He made me laugh so much at dinner (when he threw his last piece of apple and then flailed his hands around his tray and made funny noises) that I had to clear the table so he wouldn't *see* me laughing. Wow, what a fun guy. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
