The boy is brilliant. Well, I think you all know that by now. I was out scrapping this weekend and called home Saturday to see how my boys were doing. I talked to Ro-Ro on the phone - probably one of the first times. Unlike when speaking to anyone else, he told me all kinds of things! He told me "car wash", "car", "truck", "Meno" (meaning he watched Finding Nemo), and answered a lot of my questions with a "yeah." When Daddy went to take the phone back, Roman yelled "no, NO!" and wanted to talk some more. Of course he missed Mama!

Mama also got close to 20 pages done, and made it up to his baptism last year. Yay! I also slept like a rock both nights - sleeping bag by myself? No one to cry out from another room, or share a bed with? Delicious... 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Mmm. Coming this week: a "mock" meet, our first real meet on Wednesday, and no school Friday due to the holiday!
