Realized I hadn't updated in awhile. It's been crazy and exhausting. School is finally looking up. I put the "smackdown" on two of my 4 classes and today was very enjoyable. I don't think it'll be the last time... but luckily after 10 weeks, I get a new batch of 2nd hour kids.

Roman has been doing better on the schedule as well. He doesn't understand "sleep in" on the weekends however, so he's still up at 6 or 6:30. I find my own brain is not in gear; I'm 2 weeks behind on my allergy shots now, just slipped my mind completely. Students' parents have faded off to the background, which gives me a breather. Tomorrow I'm teaching about the Constitution, of course. IT'S THE LAW.

This weekend we're introducing Roman to FOOTBALL, Western Michigan style. Got tickets, going to tailgate, and stay until halftime to see the marching band. Stop by the bookstore and get a Bronco t-shirt for the boy. Should be lots of fun.
