I am so over this crap.

First it was supposed to be Nov. 30th.
Then it was December 4th.
Next was December 6th.
Now they say maybe December 7th. Then again, maybe not.

I'm talking about the settlement on our new house.

The sellers signed off this weekend, so now we're just waiting to get the paperwork back from the underwriter for our loan. Our broker told us there would be no problem having it back and ready to roll by the 4th. SHE LIED.

I FINALLY, just 5 minutes ago, heard back from the agent regarding our homeowners insurance. That was another thing they needed before we could actually go to settlement. Nice that everyone is waiting until the last minute, and then some, to let us know what in the hell is going on.

Matt purposely didn't book any jobs this week because he thought we were going to be moving. At the very least they could get us in there by the weekend, ya know? I mean this is getting to be a tad frusterating!

And to top it all off, as I'm trying to get in touch with Ms. Insurance agent, Ms. Lawyer and Ms. Mortgage Broker, I am alone at the shop, the phone is ringing OFF THE HOOK, it's STILL Ugg mania, and I'm losing my freaking mind because all I want to do is move into my cute effing house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I know it's a bunch of petty crap to be complaining about, but everytime we get psyched up and ready to roll, we get told to cool our jets another day or two.

And, even though I said it wasn't going to matter anymore, I'm still excited about my birthday on Friday.

Yeah, great birthday present, I know, but it woulda been nice to be able to enjoy it rather than running around like a mad woman.

Oh well, c'est la vie.
