2007-01-26 11:09 AM Surprise! We got another little snow "storm" yesterday, this one unexpected. Like I said in the last post, we usually get snow when they're not calling for it. In this case we were supposed to get a few flurries and we ended up getting about an inch and a half. Now, I know that's really not a storm, but it only snowed for a little while and it was coming down pretty heavy.
It's really amazing the difference between being in town and on the other side of the bay (where we are now). I know I would always here people say they had gotten more snow over there, just a mile away, but not seeing it made me not think about it. Now I'm happy as a clam because, as I've said before, I LOVE SNOW and I finally get to have a little! The sun is out today, but it is freezing! It's 24 degrees right now and the high today is only supposed to be 27. BRRR! And it's windy on top of that, so the wind chill is around 10 degrees. So cold! What a difference from a week and a half ago when it was 74 degrees! Have a great weekend everyone! Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
