Still on the Shaky Ground of Conflicting Class Schedules

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

Am currently in what was originally called the "Kiddie Lab" for my Graphics Two class.

It used to be for the use of the Integrated School, with the lab on the second floor being shared by both the IS and the college, and the fourth floor computer lab being strictly for the college.

Now that the kiddies have their own building, all the computer rooms in the main building are now shared by all the classes of different levels.

In fact, opening the same software here that we used for Engineering Computer Aided Drawing and Design, I see the files made by the current (regular) second year engineering students.

Now, we used to have another software for the Graphics Two class, but that was installed in one server machine that was unhooked after it was used in the second term of last year, and the technician has forgotten the password (although I remember it was p@55uu0rd, but I would rather not use that software either).

Anyway, I heard that besides the overlapping of this one software (only one of three - maybe four) that we will use for the whole term, there were other softwares used by another teacher in that same subject, which I'd leave for that course now.

@@ For my two (three if you count the lab) special subjects, Computer Systems Organization and Computer Architecture, which are offered for both computer engineering and school of IT and computing students.

What I thought would only contain a handful of students each has now swelled to seven and eight students respectively, in one of which even a third year student (it is for fourth year students) enrolled.

Part of the problem is that we could not find a common time for meeting.

This is alright for the lecture, for which I could just give reading assignments, but for the lab, I'm getting pushed towards the option of just letting them work in the lab during the times they are free, the lab is free and I am free.

Session 1811 is having a not so good start for the term. Class dismissed.
