2009-06-30 11:36 AM What Instant Communication Allows Us Student "edition" found at {thoughts dot com slash typed no space out no space loud slash blog}.
Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on. I have just been requested (ordered?) by the registrar's office to do a room-to-room information campaign about the pigs-have-wings infection and how to prevent its spread. This includes a need for vigorous hand washing as long as it takes to sing the birthday song. @@ I just received the following missive from the private messages portion of the student accessible version of this journal. I am not sure if I want to post about it there. "Hi,How are you? And your health which is the most important; my regards to your family and friends over there. My name is Doris *****. I was impressed to invite you for a private discussion after my random and intensive search for a trusted and honest many.I will like to demand your trustee and sincerity as a friend;a long-term loving relationship from you. Also know more about you, your country and culture.i think we can help each other.I will send you my details with my pictures after you have replied to my email.(*****idoris@yahoo.com) I look forward to hearing from you. Have a nice day. Love from Doris" And another one: "Hello , compliments of the day Nice to meet you, how is everything, hope all is well with you. My name is Madam ****** Regato. I found your contact after reading your profile I picked interest to contact you. I've something very important which I would love to share with you privately, therefore, would advise you to kindly write me back on: ******14@yahoo.com.ph so that I'll give you details. Waiting anxiously for your anticipated co-operation. Yours, Madam ****** Regato Email (******14@yahoo.com.ph)" There was a third one, but that was a standard Nigerian scam letter that only now have I read in its entirety. What surprised me about it was it even said he had to go to my country to further his education. Session 2709 was lazy enough today to copy and paste most of this entry. Class dismissed.
