2007-01-16 8:45 AM Weird iPod Science Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Happy Read/Post Comments (0) Did you know that cold temperatures temporarily kill your iPod's battery capacity? I discovered that this morning on my walk. It was cold enough that there was ice on the sidewalks (!), and near the end of my hour-long walk, the iPod's battery gauge suddenly plummeted from nearly full to totally empty, and it shut down.
According to everything I've read, the iPod should recover when it warms up. I think this is kind of cool. On tomorrow's walk, I'll keep the iPod inside my coat. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
