So far this weekend, I have:

1. Paid all the outstanding bills.


2. Cleared off about 75% of the surface area of my desk, discarding a huge pile of papers and filing a smaller pile of papers.


3. Made a start on rearranging my filing system, in the hopes that papers will not pile up on my desk if I can actually get them into my filing cabinet instead.


4. Taken care of the paperwork for renewing our lease for the next year.


5. Renewed my membership in the Society for Technical Communication.

Things I would still like to accomplish this weekend:

1. Figure out a good way to organize my miscellaneous electronic gizmos.


2. Find more storage space for DVDs.


3. Finish writing up my trip to Italy, so that I can post about something besides iPod batteries and Doctor Who.


4. Break down some of the cardboard boxes in the garage.

Daniel and I have actually made a cardboard-box-breaking-down date for tomorrow. Ah, the romance of married life. We'll probably go out for a nice dinner afterwards, though.

I'm not sure what the odds are of the rest of my list getting accomplished this weekend. Right now I'm going to go on over to Youtube and watch silly videos or something.
