I love Spring. Not only is it the beginning of beautiful WARM weather, but it is true, (and admitedly cliche) that it is a new beginning of many things.
Spring cleaning? Yeah, I'll get there.
Eventually.

I just recieved half a dozen long stemmed roses courtesy of my rosebush in the back yard.
Some cool butterflies have started hanging out there, too. And I swear, this is no lie. I actually saw 2 birds gettin it on in my tree!
This is also the season when my birthday comes around. And although that's not the thrill it once was. Hey, it reminds me I am alive. So. cool.
My youngest daughter also celebrates her birthday this season. and let me tell you, a soon-to-be 6 year old will not allow you to NOT get excited about that!
We continue to have doggy fever in our house and I know we will have a new pup soon. It has been so fun to take our time about this. All our other pet aquisitions have been either impulses or they found us. so, it's kinda cool to think that OUR dog is somewhere in the world right now, waiting for us to get it together to come get it!
I am meeting a friend for breakfast tomorrow and I am looking so forward to it. It's been a long time since I could say I was looking forward to seeing a friend, but I am!
Speaking of friends, my morning online chats have been nothing short of wonderful! it's so nice to turn on the computer and have someone there to share coffee with.
I still can't believe all the incredibly amazing women I have come to know online.
I used to think that if i ever met them we would gather together for one crazy drunken party! Now, though, I like to imagine us hanging out at a coffee shop putting away a whole pot of french roast between us as the wonderful words we share unfurl.
Ok, so maybe we would do La Madeleine instead and let those words spill out over a bottle of wine. Either way, I think you get the idea. Sounds nice, doesn't it?
also, my best friend comes back in *Gasp* less than 2 weeks!!!! Yayers!

And yeah, the Zoloft continues to be a good thing,in case you wondered. :)
