Will be teaching Eng 102 Monday night from 7-9:30 and Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from 8:30- 9:45 What I might do is not sleep if I can't sleep on Monday nights. Will use slam poetry, documentaries, films, music and academic poetry. Although the goal of the course is argmentative writing using research and critical thinking... I think poetry is one of the ways to unleash critical thinking. Also Slam poetry is frequently argumentative. |
