So today I weighed in at LVAC and I was at 251, with a body fat percentage of 22.4% Down from 259 and 26.4 on Oct 3. So now I still stick with the WW number of 256, but I am glad I weigh less without shoes. November 1 from July 5, I have lost 40Lbs |
