I am now at 256 Lbs. That is down from 296 on July 5th. I am at a 32 Body Mass Index, down from 37, and a size 40 waist down from 46. I can almost fit in size 38s. Wooha! I turn 32 tomorrow. I will not be dressing up for anything for Halloween, although I will go out to a nice restaurant and have either fish or chicken, a salad, maybe an appetizer like steamed clams if they have it. I will be eating heavy tomorrow night, so during the day, I need to go very light. |
