Europa and the Pirate Twins by Thomas Dolby is one of my favorite songs of all time, though it makes me sad everytime I hear it.

I fall for people with distintive noses.

Amadeus is one of my favorite movies, not because of the acting, music, locations or production values, but because I identify with Salieri, who is "driven mad by the revelation of his own mediocrity".

I was the lead in most of the plays at my high school during that time.

My college grades declined enough after a breakup that I had change majors to something I could still qualify for afterwards. I still pass it off as a change of interest, rather than explain the sordid details.

I'm usually attracted to people with really long, or really short hair. However I've been with neither.

Before college, I would pretend I saw a movie or TV show just to fit in with those who had, and I still have to fight that bad habit and confess to not seeing things everyone has.

I like to go to museums to watch the other people there, not the art.

The sum total of alcohol I've consumed outside of foods and desserts in my entire life is less than one beer and one glass of champaigne.

The fact and incongruity that no one I know knows about this journal is not lost on me.
