I've been off of work last week, after a long deadline driven job which had me working for the last 6 week straight.

Of course, my time at home has entirely been filled with baby-rearing duties, meaning feedings every two hours, and I actually have had less free time than when I was working 100 hour weeks.

If I'm lucky, I get a half hour here and there to check mail and read news on the web, but nothing sustained enough to do things like write coherant journals, or actually reply to emails with more than "LOL", "yep", "OK" and "no".

I pretty much knew things would be like this, so it's no surprise in any way, but I do look forward to having any amount of actual free time, so I can do exciting and action packed things like....um, sleep.

Yeah, that's what my standards have lowered to; the thing that I want most of my free time, and value more than anything, is getting a full-nights worth of sleep.

Yawn....
