Goodbye, little communicator

Of course those star trek communicators were cool at the time. Now we all have cell phones, right?

And a story I wrote featured communication with a computer where the person "thinks" stuff, and the computer understands it. Far future stuff, right?

Well, goodbye, silly phones, communicators, and cells, we hardly knew ye.Thought transmission is here.

Yep, a person can speak by "...picks up the neurological signals from the brain that are being sent to the vocal cords--a person must specifically think about voicing words--and then wirelessly transmits them to a computer..."

Awesome. Not so good for TV shows, though, I would think. How does one write silent dialogue?
