Happy Birthday to Shelley!!!



Jenn and Kenny help us celebrate Shelley's 3Xth birthday, after a delicious meal at a small Italian-style cafe in North Hollywood.

She's been so busy lately with all her writing projects that I've seen more of my WoW characters than her, but hey, that's why we moved to California. And one of these days, it will pay off and then she too can play WoW as much as she wants. I admire her perseverence!




A few weeks ago our ice plants blossomed into their usual orange/yellow brilliance. Our wysteria bloomed this year too, but not as well as in the past. I suspect the wet weather overall, and the strong recent winds in knocking a lot of blossoms off before they really had a chance to show themselves.
