A summery of Your Favorite Annoying T...

Hello, I am YFAT or Lo. I have been writing/around on Journal Scape for over a decade now. Time flies! This journal chronicles my random thoughts, high moments and sometimes low, throughout high school, college, and now beyond, into the world of "adulthood", whatever that means.

Sinerely, ~Lo

Trying....not...to fall....asleep...
Warm food filled belly+library humming silence+brain that hasn't had any sleep=recipe to falling in to a coma.
So tired. I have one hour left.

So yeah, the whole last day of class thing was awesome. There was junior stunt which was pretty funny where the juniors make fun of every senior which the seniors throw water baloons and used squirt guns on them. But some of the waterbaloons don't pop and get thrown back at the audience and I was hit three times.

Then there was Henry's VIII's which is one of Wells acapella groups and they were great fun to watch. After that I wandered around with a friend and crashed early at 11pm.

Yesterday I woke up and milled around my room. I'm almost completely packed at this point. I have everything out of my dresser, my closet and my desk. It's just everythng like the fridge, the miscrowave, the TV, the two filing cabnet things, etc, et, that need to be paacked now but that's all stuff for when I actually leave, probably on Friday or Saturday. It will be interesting deconstructing the room. We still eed to stick a bed back inside.

Then I went for a walk with my friend, then set up tents by the boat house since some friends and I had a bonfire and camp out. It was really fun. We made smores, roasted marshmellows, roasted hotdogs on sticks, ate food. We sang some songs such as twinkle twinkle little star, miss mary mac, row row row your boat as a round, and other goofysongs. We played telephone and Mad Libs. We told ghost stories. We male up a redicliou story about some kids who were drug addcts and wanted to change their grade in a book because they were doing so bad and about this cop named Joe that was the dealer of crack but then they all get snowed in so Joe tries to sell the kids snow crack or snowcaine and they wanted crack but allthere was was snow...and general insanity. We named constellations. We bashed administration and had a generally grand old time and great bonding experience.

It was so beautiful when I woke up with the gentle crashing of the waves on the shore and the rustling of the wind in the trees and the calls of birds and chatting of squirrels and buzz of insects and swift passing woosh of cars. The sun shined it's morning greeting on the world, slowly wrapping her in her glow. The grass looked so green and pretty with a sheen f night dew on it. The air was fresh and pleasantly cold with the slightly smell of road and grass and earth and burned out woodfire and blossoming trees and flowers. Everything had that Sunday morning beauty and soft ease yet crisply amazing in it's visual morning glory.
Campus looks amazing right now. I love the flowering trees everywhere in whites and pinks. I feel fortnate to be where I am.

Only thing is it is not most advisable to go camping in the early part of May. I froze last night. My feet were icecubes and I would not sleep and the ground was hard. Then I got up at 7am. I am reeeeeeeally tired and I'm going to take a nap when I get back to my room in now forty minutes.

I'm sad that it's the last week but not. I'm getting really tired of people and yet I know I'm going to miss them like hell this summer. Like my roommate. I love her, really I do. The people on this campus are like family. They drive you crazy but you also love them and they love you and know most thing about you. I'm worn out now but I know over the summer I'll miss them and have to visit.

But I miss my home dogs.

I know Kacey is chomping at the bit for me to get back. It's kind of crazy to think that she'll be graduating highschool in two years. She's like closer than a sister to me and like...wow...she's growing up too. But then look at my brother Jimmy, he just went to his senior prom last night, first high school dance he's been to, looked amazing and he's graduating next month. Jimmy is the youngest in my family and he's graduating. Kind of crazy, kind of awesome.

My friend Liz said something that made understand why time feel likes it's speeding by now. "When you're four life goes slow because one year is a fourth of your life but when you're twenty five years is a fourth of your life." So I think I understand why things are speading up now. When you're old a day is but a blink compared to the span of years you've already lived. Of course it's faster.

Oh and

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!!!

To my real life momma and my JS mommas.
<3

Peace.
~Lo
