Just when I was about to log off and move to the laptop to continue working on the new story, I had a look at how SETI@Home was doing (they've had a lot of outages lately), and I noticed I've just completed 1000 work-units. Woohoo!

It certainly took long enough from the time I started, to the 100 work-unit mark, and it took just under a year to get to 1000.

Incidentally 'Thousand' also happens to be the title of a 1000bpm tune Moby put out a few years back. I shall refrain from starting a '1000' meme, however--there's no need to fan the flames of rampant procrastination any longer ;)
