I was all set to do another April Fool's gag this year, but couldn't think of anything sufficiently foolish in time *sigh*

Instead, may I direct you to last year's gag, whereupon I managed to convince more than a few people I was starting a new online mag with stratospheric pay-rates!

The funny thing is, after that I began to seriously think about actually starting an online mag! Usually the urge passes after some careful consideration, but I still reckon it'd be a cool project to attempt one day.

Meanwhile, it was amusing this morning to hear on the radio that hot water was being shut-off near Chicago, forcing a great many people to take cold showers. That seemed a bit fishy, and when someone called to point out holes in their logic, I knew it must've been a joke.

Anyone found other gags trying to be passed off as news?
