Just as I was getting used to it being November, along comes December with its festiveness, light shows, and snow. It's about this time that I realize the folly of my resolutions for the year.... But that's a subject for another entry ;)

Did some more pondering on the anthology tale tonight, but felt too tired to do anything substantial. I was telling myself tonight I was going to start writing it--evidently the sense of urgency has not yet peaked. Tomorrow, I say... I'll do it tomorrow! (actually it's now today, isn't it?)

Last night I sent a story off to a market closing to submissions in December, and tonight I sent another one to a market opening to submissions in December. That's now 7 doing the rounds. I'm hoping to surpass 100 total submissions by the end of the month, which will be a nice milestone come January '06 when I'll have been actively submitting for 3 years. No sales, but it's still early days yet ;)
