2004-03-05 7:49 AM Getting started a little earlier than I thought We've known that Osama bin Laden has been hiding out in the hills of Western Pakistan for a couple of years now. I figure that by now they have his location pretty well pinned down. They probably know what he had for dinner, and which of his wives or goats he's having sex with on a particular night.
See, I was thinking that the push in Pakistan would come around July or August. That would have him captured shortly before the election and ensure a Bush victory. I was going to write something up about this on the anniversary of the invasion. Looks like they are moving ahead sooner than I had anticipated. The push appears to be starting now. Maybe they've decided not to take their chances and want to get operations up and going early. A bin Laden capture in May or June would still probably win Bush the election.
