When not preoccupied with family and my job, I read enormous amounts, toy with evolutionary theory, and scratch various parts on my body. 2004-09-03 1:49 AM QOTD On the way home from the "Yes" concert, 6 of 12 (the music nut) said,
"I brought this CD by a band called 'Mowgwai' for you to listen to. They sound like a combination of 'Tangerine Dream', 'Fleetwood Mac' (before Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham joined), and a band you've never heard of called 'Air'". Okayyyyy. I guesss. The "Yes" concert was great though. They are all balding and grey, but they've still got it. I was surprised at how good Jon Anderson's voice still sounded. "Yes" was one of my favorite bands as a teen. I was listening to their music when I first read "The Lord of the Rings" and I still associate them with it.
