This is very funny, since I was raised 100% in the Midwest, lived a short time on the 'left coast' and am now in the upper midwest.

On another note...

I'm thinking of changing my blog name. Not sure to what, yet. When I chose this name, (on a compulsion) I used it because it was how I described myself when I lived on that 'left coast'-- a rather ordinary, doughy (in the Wonder bread sense) sort of girl who found herself in that amazing place for a time. It made me catch my breath. But maybe I'm not that same person anymore. I'll probably still blog while I sort this out.
