Today was a red-letter day for me. I had my annual mammogram scheduled, so I was not looking forward to today. But, it turned out to be a rather good day, despite Journalscape crashing.

1. I got to talk to the radiologist after the x-rays, thereby possibly skipping a step in the whole re-diagnosis process.

2. I had lunch with my absolute best clergy gal pal here in the Snow Belt. A nice, long lunch.

3. While we were having lunch, a vaguely familiar woman walks by our table, stops, stares at me the same way I was staring at her. It was my old co-worker Supermodel Pretty. I haven't seen SP since I left snowbelt almost eight years ago! We only caught up for a few minutes, but it was very satisfying.

4. Since my car is in the shop until further notice, service writer Wayne "Don't worry your pretty little head about it M'am", gave me a loaner car to drive until mine gets fixed. It's the nicest car I've ever driven. Somehow, having a sweet ride is lessening the sting of it all. I'm sure that's what Wayne was aiming for.

5. I got my word cloud t-shirt today. It accomodates my bodacious tatas. 'Nuff said.
