And every night, I mentally pack Rose's food—two boxes of rice crackers, a loaf of gluten-free bread, gluten-free cookies, gluten-free cereal bars. Should I bring the gluten-free pancake mix? Yes, I know they have gluten-free food in Paris; I've been scouring the web (though if you have more suggestions, please!), but she's so picky I want to have food I know she'll eat.
Like cheese. Rose only eats frigo mozzarella cheese sticks and Tillamook medium cheddar. Will customs really notice a five pound orange block nestled in my side compartment? I was getting really worried. And then, I asked her to try some laughing cow cheese that comes in these cute little red rounds, and she liked it she liked it, hurrah!
