She did a bat hang from the bar and climbed to the top of the spiderweb. She ran around in circles and jumped at the bars and swung.
About the monkey bars, I've learned you have to attack. If you're tentative (as I have always been) if you hang by two hands your feet a little further from the ground than you'd like and then try to take one hand off this bar and move it to the next, of course you don't move. (We spent a few nights learning how to drop, which is good to learn.) But if you swing out on the bars and lift your hand off before you have time to think and swing to the next bar and keep swinging and look around (to make sure everyone is noticing your wild projection) instead of staring at the woodchips far below, if you keep swinging and cheering yourself on, you make it across.
