Black M&M's

Mood:
Missing My Mom

Okay, so I need to start this entry off by telling the world that my fiance Rob is insane. Really insane. We're sitting here eating M&M's and he doesn't chew them. He swallows them as you would a pill. Whole. No chocolate taste for him. Freak.

Anyway, I haven't had much time to post (or even to log on to check e-mail in the past few days) so I thought I'd post something. Aargh!!! Amber just peed all over my really expensive silk Steve Madden black and pink backpack. I think it's gonna have to be tossed. Gah!!!!!!! She's usually such a sweetie, but she keeps peeing everywhere and ruining our stuff. So bad.

Anyway, on Friday my Mom and I did some shopping in the Glendale Galleria. At night Rob and Lisa joined us and we all went to the Fondue restaurant. Yum.

Yesterday my Mom, Rob, Lisa, and I went to lunch at the Good Earth (a health food restaurant close to my house) because we all were too tired to make Dim Sum that morning. Plus I had a migraine. Ugh. In the afternoon we all went to Citywalk and saw Spider-man. I'm very impressed. They did an excellent job with that film. I didn't think they could do it. I'm a die hard Spider-Man comic book fan and was very pleased by the movie conversion. After the movie we stopped by a store called Sparky's. They sell all colors of M&M's. I got a bag of mostly black, grey, and white ones. Cool.

Had to take my Mom to the airport this morning around 5:30am. Got up, did the drive there and back, and then passed out for most of the day. Wow, there was no traffic this morning. I made it from my place in Studio City to LAX in under a half of an hour. If you ever need to drive anywhere, do it ass early on a Sunday. All the sane people are still in bed.

Anyway, I'm typing this as Rob is cleaning up the cat pee. Ew. We really need to find a way to get Amber to stop peeing. I'm going to make a vet appointment for her this week. I love her, and I don't want to get rid of her, but if she keeps destroying our things then we might have to. Anyone have any suggestions? She usually uses the litter box so she knows that she's doing something bad when she does it.
