2003-02-09 10:29 PM Shopping! Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Content Read/Post Comments (2) Today was a day chock full o shopping. Rob and I slept in today and then headed over to the Glendale Galleria. While there we did some massive shopping. We hit Lane Bryant (I needed panties and got some more hipsters and some string bikinis), Robinsons May (where I FINALLY was able to find some boots that fit - they're brown leather, have a slight heel (which I'll have to try to learn to walk on without breaking my ankle), and come just above the ankle), Macys (where I was able to pick up the gifts for my bridesmaids - they're really neat), Nordstroms (I got Rob some black silk pyjamas for Valentine's Day), Electronics Boutique (where Rob got the Sims video game for the PS2), and Ben Bridges (where Rob got me a really neat 14k white gold heart necklace with three small diamonds in it for Valentine's day). After a whole lot of shopping we grabbed dinner at Red Robin and then headed back to our neck of the woods. We stopped at the drug store on the way home for some cards and then came home to watch a bit of TV. Rob and I decided to exchange Valentine's day gifts tonight because we're going to be pretty busy this Friday. The necklace came in a box with chocolates so I'm munching raspberry chocolates and Rob's currently lounging around in his new pyjamas. The necklace kicks ass. It's not a day to day sort of thing, but will look stellar for a night out. Time to go and write out some V-day cards for my Mom and Grandma. And then maybe, just maybe, I can convince Rob to clean the damn litterbox. Speaking of which, for those of you who have access to my private journal go and read it. ----------
do YOU smell? mewing.net. a wide field of wild daisies.
I guess this is a good thing to know. Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
