Things have gone from bad to worse around here. First, I have the problem with my credit card (which is still going on, by the way). Then bar review starts and it's utter hell. Now, my husband is the victim of identity theft.

Yesterday he got a letter in the mail from a credit card company telling him that they were letting him know that his credit card was approved and was being sent to the other address he supplied them with. They got this address (our home one) off his credit reports. He never applied for a credit card. He called the company and found out that someone who supplied the wrong address and wrong birth date (but the right social security number and name) applied for a credit card as him. And the credit card was approved. It was cancelled yesterday. He's going to check his credit report this week and see if anything else is amiss on it. He called all of the credit agencies to let them know about the fraud and we filed a report at our local police station last night. I told him that he also might want to call the DMV this week to make sure no one has a license or ID in his name now as well.

So, needless to say, things are going pretty shitty with Rob and I at the moment. Our relationship is fine, but our lives are so fucked up right now it's not even funny.

Okay, that's what's new around here. Time to get back to work. I've spent all of today doing Bar Bri multiple choice questions and going over the answers (I suck at them). I need to spend tonight writing essays for practice and one to turn in tomorrow. I really hate my life right now. I don't even have a nice break after bar review to look forward to. Once the review is over and I take the bar I go right into jury duty. Blech.

Oh, as a side note, Rob and I decided to take a break after going to the police station last night and see a movie. We ended up seeing Identity. Wow. It was a great film. Sad to say, but WAY better than the recent Matrix movie. And the ending is cool. Go and see this while it's still in the theatre, you won't be disappointed!
