Yesterday was boring. All I did was the laundry and work for my bar review class (multiple choice and a Con Law essay). Rob cleaned up the apartment and worked on an NPC for his D&D game. Sydney (our cat) is now the Duke of Mowr. Hey look! We're geeks!

I'm currently in my bar review class. Today's lecture is on the Performance Exam. We have four classes on this topic - the first is today and the second is tomorrow. I believe the rest of the week is covering Contracts. Blech. I did horribly on the performance test back during my first year of law school, so let's hope this class helps me!

Tonight I have a metric ass ton of homework that I need to do. We have to do a performance exam and a Criminal Law/Procedure essay. I need a break. I need time for my brain to breathe. But that's not gonna happen until August. Aargh!

I also have to deal with someone who cheated me out of money. A few weeks ago I ordered a DVD from a private seller through Amazon.com's marketplace. I never got the DVD and the seller won't respond to any of my e-mails. So, I'll be sending him one final e-mail and then contacting Amazon to see where I go from here. Nothing can just go smoothly at this point in my life, can it?
