Ugh. I don't know what is wrong with me today. When I woke up I had a headache. Now I have a headache, I'm nausious, and my whole body aches. The nausia is the worst part of it though. I can't eat anything because if I do I know that I will throw it up. But even though I haven't eaten anything my stomach feels like it's about to hurl. I feel like I'm hungover or something, but I haven't had any alcohol in months. I can't take any meds for my headache because I have an empty stomach. And to be honest, I don't even know if I could keep a pill down.

I haven't showered because every time I move I have to hold myself back from vomiting. I need a shower and my hair is in knots, but I can barely move. I wish I could make this stop. I don't know what's come over me. I also keep getting warm and breaking out into a sweat. This sucks. I just want to feel better.

I need to go lie down now...
