Thoughts and Musings

Last night the whole group (Rob, myself, Carrie, Bryce, Berek, Pita, and Al) came over for D&D. We talked, played the game, ordered in Chinese food, joked around, and had a good time. I'm glad we got another game in. It had been almost two months since the last one and it's something I really enjoy doing. Granted, I like it mostly for the social aspect, but the game is pretty cool as well, especially since we have Rob as our DM. We began the game around 8pm and wrapped things up around 11pm. Berek and Pita were the first to take off and were followed soon thereafter by Bryce and Carrie. Al, as usual, stayed until Rob and I couldn't stay awake anymore and started falling asleep on him. *sigh*

Today Rob and I are just staying in. We spent a lot of time in bed (and not just sleeping) today and ordered in barbecue (ribs, chicken, etc.) for dinner tonight. We messed around on the computer a bit (yay, Neopets - I finally got my Ixi painted Halloween) and watched a DVD. I had Rob go through all the DVDs and video tapes around here that he had never seen before and pick three that he was interested in watching tonight. The one we decided on watching was a good bad "B" Troma film called Teenage Catgirls In Heat. We just finished watching the movie and decided to log back on for a bit. Rob just headed out to Starbucks to get us some hot Chai and then we're going to pop an 80's CD into our computer and mess around on here for awhile. We're not sure what we're doing tomorrow as of yet. We had considered maybe making another Disneyland run with Berek and Pita, but Pita seems to be under the weather. Rob and I figure we'll wing it and see what time we wake up tomorrow and what we feel like doing and go from there.

Oh, one thing I forgot to mention. We let the cats in our bedroom for a little while today while we were getting ready. Just after I had finished using the sink, Amber climbed into it and curled up. She was trying to go to sleep in a wet sink! That cat is so weird sometimes.
