Read/Post Comments (0) Well, it turns out that it was a good thing that Rob and I didn't have plans to go to Disneyland. Saturday night once we logged on after the movie we stayed on for a very long time. We finally decided just to stay up so that we could get some of the free Sunday breakfast that our apartment complex provides. While munching on breakfast we noticed that a cat had wandered onto our balcony. Oddly enough this is the same cat we once found outside in front of the apartment complex (and that Rob took back to the owner). We called the number on the cat's collar to let the guy know that his cat was on our balcony and told him that if he wanted us to bring the cat to his apartment to call. He never called us back and the cat ended up meandering off. We finally got to sleep around noonish on Sunday. Of course going to bed around noon meant that we slept LATE on Sunday. We didn't even wake up again until around 6pm (which was really only 6 hours of sleep). We gave Berek and Pita a call and asked if they wanted to do something. We all ended up deciding to see a late movie. The two of them got to our place around 8:30pm and we headed over to the downtown Burbank area. We grabbed dinner at Fatburger and then saw a 9:50 showing of Big Fish. Wow. That was an incredible movie. Very weird and a bit of a tearjerker at the end, but still an incredible movie. Go and see this, especially if you like Tim Burton films. After the movie we headed back to our apartment and talked with Berek and Pita for awhile. They headed out around 1am and Rob and I went to bed. Not much is going on today. I'm getting the laundry done as usual. And dodging the sea of cat puke that is in our apartment. Looks like both of the cats decided to wharf this morning. Amber all over the carpet and Sydney all over the couch. *sigh* They gorge themselves when fed wet food (especially Sydney) and then barf it up all over the place. I'm thinking of trying a dry food only diet for them and seeing if Sydney still has a puking problem (he's doing it pretty much every day). If the dry food only diet doesn't work it will probably be time to take him to the vet. Another expense is not something we need right now, especially since I just got the bill for my bar dues. Damn. Being a barred attorney is kind of on the expensive side. Anyway, all that's going on today is laundry and household crap. If the laundry is done by the time Rob gets home we might head out and see a film. However, I doubt it will be (there's a ton and a half of it). So, we'll probably just end up staying in and finished up the clothing part of the laundry. The sheets and towels get washed tomorrow. Joy. ----------
Saytr. It doesn't matter what you are passionate about, you are a passionate individual. Yes, you have heard the stereotype before: all satyrs really want is sex, but you know that is not true. Even if your passion is sexual in nature; that does not mean that it is the only thing one can be passionate about. You enjoy your life to the fullest, and you pay little head to those who would call you a hedonist. You are happy, that is all that really matters. What Type of Changeling Are You?
