Mood:
Super Tired and Freaked By The Large Monster Spider

Saturday Rob and I slept in (I finally got some sleep) and once we woke up we stayed in bed for a while to cuddle. After getting ready we did some stuff around the house and then headed out to dinner and a movie. Dinner was had at Boston Market and it was there that we had to deal with a couple who were clearly begging to be given a Scarlet S. They were in front of us in line and took about 15 minutes to make their order.

Some of the inane questions they asked were:
What is dark meat? (This was asked twice. - They didn't understand the concept of a leg and a thigh on the first try).
What is white meat?
What is half a chicken? Why can't you get just white meat with half a chicken? Why ever would half a chicken include dark meat?
What kind of turkey did they have? Was it a whole breat of turkey on a plate or was it sliced?
What is Oriental Chicken? They then were surprised that it was a salad even though they only place it's listed is under the salad section of the menu.
Can they get Oriental Chicken outside of a salad?
Then, when asked what sides they wanted, instead of looking at the menu that was right in front of them they looked over all the sides that were behind the counter. And asked what each one was, if it was good, and what exactly it contained.

I seriously thought the poor boy taking our orders was going to kill them. Rob and I were trying our best not to bust out laughing at them. Finally we were able to order, get our food, eat it, and head out.

We headed to the AMC movie theatre in the Media City Center mall in Burbank and got tickets for the 10:10 showing of Hellboy. We had about an hour before the film started so we made a run into Mervyn's (the only place other than the theatre still open in the mall) and Rob got two really cool looking button up shirts for work. After looking around in the store we headed back to the theatre. Hellboy was a very good movie. Both Rob and I dug it and I commented that it had some very Lovecraftian (Cthulhu style) undertones to it. Rob then told me that the writer/director was working on making an actual Cthulhu movie. *drools* Now *that* would be incredible! After the movie we headed back home.

Considering the fact that we stayed up late Saturday night we slept in a bit again on Sunday morning. After we got up maintanance came into our place to fix a few things - a light bulb was burned out in our bathroom, my closet door was stuck, and some of our doors were horribly squeaky. They fixed everything pretty quickly and after they left we started getting ready. Berek and Pita stopped by our place around 7ish and the four of us spent most of the night hanging out.

We first headed to Hustler Hollywood. We all looked around and Rob and I got a few things. We grabbed drinks in their cafe and then headed to dinner at Carl's Jr. We had fun talked and stuff and after dinner Berek dropped Rob and I off at home. We chilled out for a bit, watched a little bit of Adult Swim, and then headed to bed.

Unfortunately, I once again had problems sleeping last night. It wouldn't have been too big of a deal if I just could have slept in today, but other things intervened. Rob headed out for work around 7:10am this morning, and after kissing him goodbye I headed back to bed and closed my eyes. I was woken up around 7:20am by Sydney pawing at the bedroom door. When I opened my eyes I noticed that something wasn't quite right. I looked at the ceiling and saw the sprinkler, the fire alarm, and another large blob directly over my head. I went into the bathroom and put my glasses on and proceeded to freak out as I noticed a HUGE black spider the size of an antelope over the bed. There was no way in hell I was going back to sleep. So, I got up, watched some TV, showered, and dragged the laundry out into the living room. The piles are in there because there's no way in hell I'm going back into that bedroom until Rob comes home tonight, finds the monster, and kills the hell out of it. So, I'm running on about two hours of sleep right now. I'm absolutely exhausted and would give anything to curl up in bed right now - but I'd rather suffer from exhaustion than be in the same room with a huge spider. So, I'm working on laundry, job hunting, and staying the hell out of the bedroom today.

You Are the Goldilocks of Cocks

You're a bit picky when it comes to the size of your man
Too small? You won't feel a thing. Too big? You'll feel too much!
Luckily, most guys fall within your acceptable 5 to 7 inch range.
Just watch out for the Justin Timberlakes and Tommy Lee's of the world
