I've been spending a lot of time recently just chilling out around the house and trying to take care of my back. I appreciate all the support I've been getting from people on this. It looks like I might have torn or seriously pulled a muscle. Oddly enough, it still hurts like hell when I wake up, but after some Aleve, a HOT shower, and some Icy Hot it starts to work itself out and it gets better as the day goes on. Now, if only I could find a way to make sure it didn't keep getting fucked up in my sleep.

My Mom gave me the advice of just relaxing until it got better, and that's what I'm going to do. Unfortunately, I can't watch TV while I'm relaxing because once again our cable is out. I hate Adelphia.

Both this weekend and next week should be pretty nice and hopefully stress free. This weekend Rob gets a four day weekend. His department is closed on Friday and Monday. Yay! I'm looking forward to spending the time with him. Next week he has work again, but I'm just going to be doing some fun stuff and maybe a girlie day with Shannon. Since I'm heading to my Mom's place soon I'm not going to worry about job hunting next week. The last thing I need is for some place to try and call me when I'm gone. Especially since I don't have the machine take messages while we're away. I'll get back to worrying about the job hunt when I get back from my vacation. A vacation that both Rob and I are looking forward to. We both want to get out of LA for a while and just relax without having to worry about work / job hunting. It should be nice.

On another random note, the people at my local Post Office are retarded. They tried to deliver a package this morning and instead of leaving it with the leasing office, they just took it back to the Post Office. Now I have to find a way to pick it up before they send it back. They also claimed to have left a notice, but I don't have any notice to show for it. I really hope someone else didn't get the notice, I don't want to deal with someone stealing my mail. Again. This has happened before with a DVD I ordered and someone claiming to be me picked it up. The only way I know that they tried to deliver it was because I have an online tracking number. Oh, and they didn't tell me which Post Office is holding it. I am so sick of dealing with retarded people.
