Last night Rob and I headed to Outback Steakhouse for dinner. It's been awhile since I've had red meat and the steak was sooooo yummy. Other than that, we spent most of yesterday having a nice and lazy day around the house.

I talked to my Dad on the phone today. He said he's been working with his connections in the LA area and sending my resume out. He's getting pretty much the same responses as I've been. Even people who owe him a favor can't hire me because they're laying off. At least he and my Mom understand that I'm working my butt off trying to find a job. This market is horrible right now. And I'm starting to freak out because it's looking like I'll be turning 30 and still be unemployed. I'm looking into the option of going back to Pepperdine and getting a degree in Dispute Resolution. That way I could also look for jobs as an arbitrator or a mediator. I'd rather just get work soon though. I want to work as an attorney. I just wish my dream job (I applied to ABC last week) would call me in for an interview. I need a job. A paying full time attorney job. How is that too much to ask for?
