Berek swung by today for a little while. We worked on some ideas for the D&D game that he'll be running down the road and I think I got what I'm playing hammered out. Now I just have to write up the character and it will all be cool. Looks like I'll be a Drow Half-Vampire Rogue (progressing to ShadowDancer down the road). I'm looking forward to playing it.

We headed out for a bit in the afternoon. We first made a stop to hit the ATM at his bank. Then we headed over to the Olive Garden for lunch. Soup, salad, and breadsticks. Very yummy. After lunch we made a brief stop in Payless and then headed to my bank for an ATM run. We headed back to my apartment, chilled for awhile, and then he headed out to pick Pita up from work. Shortly after that Rob got back home.

Tonight Rob and I are going to have to get ready for our trip. I hate packing, but it needs to be done. He's taking a half day tomorrow so hopefully we'll be out of here in the afternoon. I really don't want to drive up there in the dark. I won't be able to post from Solvang, so chances are you won't hear from me again (except for a quickie quote posting to follow this one) until Sunday or Monday.
