Mood:
Wishing it was still the weekend.

While the four day weekend got off to a rather bad start (waking up under a cat pee blanket) it ended up being great. As I posted previously, we did Solvang on Friday, Disneyland on Saturday, and the Aquarium on Sunday.

Yesterday morning we toyed with the idea of heading to Dim Sum, but we were both rather tired and opted for sleep instead. When we woke up we mulled over various ideas and decided to head back to Disneyland. The perfect end to a wonderful weekend should be the Electrical Light Parade.

We got to Disneyland around 4:30 and grabbed lunch at the La Brea Bakery Express. We then headed into Disneyland. Our first stop was at the Tiki Room. I so love that show. It's like being on drugs without taking a thing. So bizarre. We then went on Pirates and the Haunted Mansion. After those rides we took the train back to Main Street and headed out of Disneyland and into California Adventure. It was around 7:45 (the parade starts at 8:45) and people were already grabbing spots for the parade so we decided to just sit down and wait. The Electrical Light Parade rocked as usual. I LOVE that parade (the snails are my favorite). I think Rob thought me a bit weird as I bopped along to the music. What can I say? It's a catchy upbeat tune! I loved the parade and when it was over with we headed out to Downtown Disney. Rob bought me a yellow Mickey glasshouse balloon and we got some "Wetzel dogs" for dinner. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to make them, but it was well worth it because we were in the mood for them. After eating our dogs we headed back home.

Today it's back to the usual. Rob's at work and I'm doing laundry and other various household chores. We're thinking about heading out to dinner tonight.

You May Be a Bit Antisocial ...
Antisocial? That may be a bit of an understatement.
You think rules are meant to be broken - and with gusto!
Having no fear, you don't even think about consequences.
But people love you anyway... you've got a boatload of charm.
