This morning we dragged our sleepy asses out of bed around 10:30am. I know, it's not early, however we went to sleep around 4:30am so it still felt early since we only got 6 hours of sleep. Once we got ready we headed out of the house and grabbed lunch at In N Out. It was super crowded and we had to just wait awhile with our food tray before we could get a table. Even then we had to rush to one and beat out some people (who didn't even have their food yet) to the table. We figured since we were just standing there with our food and they were waiting for their order that they could wait.

After lunch we headed down to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Wow. It was more crowded than I have ever seen it. Traffic was a mess in the area, but luckily the parking lot was still open. The line to buy tickets went back and forth and around the building. Luckily, we didn't have to bother with that line because we're members. We just went right in through the members only entrance.

While seeing fishies always makes me happy, crowds of people do not. It took forever even to get up to a single fish tank because of the crush of people. From what one employee said they were thinking about closing the doors to people coming in because they were over capacity. I don't know why, but for some reason everyone was at the Aquarium today. Still, it was fun. What can I say? I love fish and the Aquarium is one of my favorite places to go. We looked at the fishies and this time my puffin "minions" were out in full force and trying to get through the glass to me. One was tweaking out big time. Rob's crustacean minions bowed and waved to him (giant lobsters, crabs, and shrimp). We went into the Lorakeet area, but they weren't giving out nectar at that time so it was pretty uneventful. We still couldn't find my favorite fish (the Long Horned Cow Fish which I call the Infernal Twinkie Fish because it looks like a devil twinkie). So, we asked information about it and they said it might have been moved to another area (which we checked and still couldn't find it) or it wasn't there anymore. Grr. I want my Infernal Twinkie Fish. I think sometime Rob and I need to get a fish tank so we can have our own Infernal Twinkie Fish. They're my favorite.

Eventually the crush of people got to us and we decided to head out of the Aquarium. We toyed with the idea of heading back to DisneyLand for dinner and the parade, but decided against it due to the fact that both of us were aching from all of the walking we've been doing these past few days. So, we headed out to the Inland Empire area.

We made a stop at Kohl's because I wanted to see if they had the zodiac flip flops that I missed out on last year (I wanted to pick up a pair of Scorpio and Aries ones), but it doesn't look like they're having them in stock again this year. By the time we were done in there it was already 6pm and LionHeart Games was closed. So we made our way out to Ontario Mills. We stopped at Black Market Minerals for me to get some more orange and black shiny rocks to put in with my orange and black leather rose and then headed to The Rainforest Cafe for dinner. Yes, we did eat there last night at Downtown Disney, but we felt like it again (and we didn't order the same thing). There was no wait at all. Our waiter was a bit on the odd side. He seemed rather desperate. For those of you who watch The Simpsons, he was alot like the character Gil. We also got to see the Ontario police patrol the restaurant for awhile and then arrest someone. We asked the waiter what was going on and he said that from what he heard someone called the police from the restaurant saying they were going to commit suicide. Weird. I don't see how someone could really kill themselves in the middle of the Rainforest Cafe. Death by soft plastic elephant tusks? Anyway, dinner was good and when we were done we headed back home. I was pretty tired and passed out in the car. Chances are we'll be going to bed somewhat soon because we're both pretty tired.
