Today Rob and I were very lazy. We slept in and even when we woke up we lounged around in bed for awhile. It's so nice to be out here, especially when we don't have to do anything major.

When we finally did get up, my Mom, Rob, and I headed into the main part of Galena. We did some shopping at two stores (one of the things I got was a small stuffed monkey for Rob - he's naming it Rupert of course) and then picked up some meat at a butcher's shop. We stopped in at the grocery store to get some more items for dinner. Originally we had wanted to head out for dinner at Timmerman's, but my Nana didn't feel like going out so we decided to cook in. We grilled out brats and burgers and had some fresh off the farm sweet corn. Mmmmm, heavenly!

I finally got ahold of my Dad. He's super busy and isn't sure if he'll be able to see me or not. He's going to call me back tomorrow to see if he has some time on Thursday night to meet halfway for dinner. I really hope I see him. There's something I need to talk to him about and it's rather important. I'll post about it on here once I talk to him about it. I don't think it's fair to talk about it before I talk to him.

Tomorrow we're planning on heading to the Milwaukee area for a few things. I called my other Grandma (Dad's Mom) to see if we could stop by to see her. She guilt tripped me about not calling her more often and said that since I hadn't contacted her in awhile that she assumed I was dead. She has a doctor's appointment at some point tomorrow, but doesn't know when she's getting picked up for it. So... I'll call her tomorrow when we're in her area and see if she's there.
