Something I forgot to mention in my previous entries. We had a big creepy crawly around here on Friday. Luckily I didn't spot it until Rob had gotten home from work. If he wasn't around I probably would have wet myself and passed out. I was going into the kitchen to help put groceries away and saw a spider the size of Amber's head on the wall right by the kitchen light switch. Yes, I'm serious. Rob saw it too and that's how damn big it was. Gaaaaaaah. I started screaming and freaking out. I don't know how something that big could get in here, but our windows aren't sealed too well (it's impossible to cool this place down on a hot day).

Yesterday (Sunday) we had considered heading down to Disneyland for the night, but neither of us had any energy. So, we decided to just have a lazy day around the house. We spent a lot of time in bed, ordered in food, and worked on a new cohort for Krynn. While I absolutely love Krynn's current cohort (a Soul Eater rust dragon named Dr. Corrodo), Rob pointed out a few reasons why I should consider replacing him with a Gnoll. First off, if my character is going to try to be the new Gnoll patron, then she needs to have a Gnoll as a cohort and not a dragon. Makes sense. The other reason is because Dr. Corrodo was pretty worthless in the fight. He was good bringing Sparhawk into the room on dragon back, but he couldn't hit a damn thing when fighting. So, Rob's helping me make up a Gnoll Flind cleric as my new cohort. This should be cool because our group really needs a healer. While working on the Gnoll cleric we watched the news and some of Adult Swim. Sometimes we just need a lazy around the house day. It felt great for both of us yesterday.
