This morning Rob got up and took his car to the dealer to be serviced. The appointment was at 9am. He came home while the car was being worked on and slept for a bit. When they called him to say it was ready he headed back over to get it. When he got home he was sweaty because it was hot out so he showered and then crawled back into bed with me. We slept until around 3pm or so. We had a late night last night (complete with insomnia on my part) and were both very tired. Sleeping in felt amazing.

Once we got up we gave Berek a call and asked if he and Pita were up for hanging out once Pita got back from horseback riding with her friend. They were. Woot! They got to our place around 7pm. We spent most of the night being silly and randomly yelling out the word "dick" due to driving by "The Wonderful World of Dic". We get weird when we're together. Really weird. No alcohol needed.

Our first stop was at The Game Zone where Berek and Pita picked up some boosters of a card game they play. Rob and I picked up some Hecatomb (it's a collectible card game) because it looked neat. Should be fun to play.

Our second stop was at Taco Bell for a snack to tide us over until dinner. Their soda machine was out of syrup for almost all of their drinks.

Our next stop was at the Virgin Megastore. Rob picked up a CD and I got three (Current 93, Great White, and L7). I wanted to pick up the season 1 DVD set of Thundercats, but they were all sold out. Meh. After the Virgin store we made a brief stop at a nearby coffee house for some italian sodas.

From there it was on to the Hustler store. I only picked up two magnets (one for Scorpio and the other for Aries). While we were there I had to pee... bad. Yes, I peed at all the other stops, but I needed to go from the Italian soda. There was a line for the women's room and being pregnant I needed to pee NOW. So, I used the men's room since no one was in there. Right when I was finishing up a guy came in to use the urinal. I waited in the stall until he was done and left so as not to freak him out. Unfortunately, he was right outside the door when I came out and looked a little more than freaked. Sorry buddy, when you're pregnant and need to pee the men's room is better than wetting yourself.

Our next stop was going to be at The Hat in Pasadena because Berek and Pita wanted to check it out, but they were already closed. So, we headed to the IHOP in Burbank for much needed foodage. I was getting a headache and Berek was pretty much passed out. Food was good and service was mediocre. Rob ordered tomato juice which the guy called "tomato shoes". By this time we were so insane that it was funny. It was also funny that the slices of lemons in his tomato shoes were blue.

After dinner we headed back to our place. Berek and Pita headed back to their place and Rob and I looked through the Hecatomb cards we got. This looks like it's going to be one cool game. Now we're just doing a few things online and soon it will be bedtime. I'm exhausted and have a slight headache which I'm praying doesn't turn into a migraine.
