Yesterday afternoon Rob gave Pita a call to see if Berek and Pita were up for doing something. They were. Woot!

After they came over we debated between the usual or Brea. It was already after 7pm, so we decided on our usual since it takes awhile to get to Brea. The usual was pretty fun. But this time we didn't go crazy until dinner.

Our first stop was at The Game Zone. Berek and Pita bought a new game that looks cool and weird. It's a collectible throwing game. Weirdness. I think I'll stay away from that since I have no depth perception and probably wouldn't be able to throw anything where it needed to go. At one point we were talking with each other about the D&D game and Berek brought his character up. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but it got us trapped in the store with a girl who went off (for a good 10-15 minutes) on her character. Wow. Eventually I headed outside because the stuffy air was getting to me. I think that gave the others a chance to get the hell out of there.

Our next stop was to get a snack at Taco Bell. Pita was thirsty and I was hungry. I don't know why, but Taco Bell has been really good recently.

From there we headed to The Pleasure Chest in West Hollywood. Rob and I got a few things that caught our eye. I'd rather not post about them publicly though. I did however see an amazing chain mail shirt with leather straps over it on a male mannequin. Wow. Hot. Never would get it though (scary expensive), but damn, would that look amazing on Rob.

After that we headed to the Virgin Megastore. They still are out of "ThunderCats" DVD's. Grr. I also found out that an obscure movie I've been hunting for is not out on DVD and might not even be out on VHS. The movie is called "From Beyond". If anyone out there knows how to download movies (legally please) off the internet and burn them to DVD let me know. I need to find this movie. Rob ended up getting a DVD of the Dungeons and Dragons movie. Yeah, I know, it's horrible... but it was cheap and now we can torture our D&D group with it before the sequel (which happens to have a character named Berek in it) comes out. Before heading out we stopped in a little coffee shop for some Italian sodas.

Our next stops were at a drug store (Berek and Pita needed some stuff and I had a rather bad headache so I got some migraine ice for later that night) and at Krispy Kreme. We got some doughnuts to take home. Then we went to IHOP for dinner and amazingly enough the service was pretty good. Ths is when we started going crazy (which is odd because normally we go crazy way before that). Rob got corned beef hash and Pita commented that it looked like a steaming pile of turd. It all went downhill from there. Very fun.

After dinner we headed back to our place and Berek and Pita took off for their place. Rob and I watched "Amazing Stories" and the end of Little Nicky while playing some Hecatomb before bed.
